Review: The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

I've finally done it!!! I've read the Hunger Games!! Here's the synopsis:

Could you survive on your own, in the wild, with everyone out to make sure you don't live to see the morning? In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl

I have finally read the Hunger Games and I loved it! It's my new obsession next to Twilight lol :) The story is so unique and always keeps you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what happens next! I adore all of the relationships in this book with the popular love triangle thrown in the mix....I just love Peeta and Katniss. I like how Katniss is strong and dominant in the book opposed to being whiny and weak. There are so many surprises that lurk around each chapter waiting for you to read and discover them! If you haven't read the book yet you definitely should!! I currently have my nose stuck in Catching Fire....look for a review soon. Also be sure to be at the theater to see the premeire Friday!!! Anyone going to the midnight premeire?! May the odds be ever in your favor :)

Q: What book would you love to see made into a movie or television show and do you have actors/actresses in mind to play the main characters?

A: I would love to see Across the Universe made into a movie! It think it would be great! It would be like a cross between Star Trek and Star Wars :)  I'm not sure who would be good actors for the movie....have any ideas?
